Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
